The brand

Harbor Point University is an unofficial community lifestyle brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Harbor Point, BLT, the City of Stamford, or any academic institution. No actual degrees are conferred, although brunch attendance is rigorous.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Each item is printed on demand; production begins shortly after purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (e.g., pricing errors or fulfillment issues).

Shipping, returns & replacements

Per the Shipping & Returns policy: misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced free with photo proof within 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All designs, copy, and imagery on this site are property of the brand and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Products are provided as-is; our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
