Every Harbor Point University piece is printed on demand by our professional print partners. Production takes 2–5 business days; shipping adds 3–8 business days depending on the item and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Standard shipping is $6.95 flat; orders $100+ ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.
Because each item is made to order, we handle issues with replacements rather than restocking. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email a photo to the contact desk within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back. If the size isn't right or something else is off, contact us and we'll work it out case by case.
Orders go to production fast. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible — once an item is in production we can't stop it.
